What happens if I forget my password?
You can also access the following link: mymcbcard.mcbmaldives.com and select ‘Forgot password’.
You will then receive a link via email to reset your password. Note that the link can only be used once and is valid for 1 day.

What happens if I forget my Smart PIN?
I have a new phone, do I need to sign up again to use the app?
Can I access MyMCBCard via my tablet?
I have changed my phone number, can I still use MyMCBCard?
You will need to call the bank to update your details and provide your new phone number.
Once your records have been updated, you will be able to use MyMCBCard with your newly registered phone number.
If you do not inform the bank of the change, you will not be able to use the app with your new phone number.
Is the application available for Android users?
I have an Iphone and an Ipad, is MyMCBCard available for Apple users?
I have a Huawei phone, can I use the app?
I do not have an email, can I still use the MyMCBCard?
What is the validity of the OTP/email sent?
I did not receive my OTP/email, what should I do?
If you have not received an OTP or an email after 1 minute, try to generate a new request. You may also contact the bank on (960) 330 5656 or via customerservice@mcbmaldives.com.
My username is not being accepted. What should I do?
Username should be less than 25 characters (a-z, 0-9). Some special characters are accepted (Arrobas(@), Apostrophe (‘), Hyphen (-), Dot (.), Underscore(_) ). Other special characters or capital letters are not allowed.
The username may already exist and you will need to create a new unique one for you.
