The soft token is a digital version of the physical token. It is an application installed on your mobile device that will allow you to authorise transactions without the need to carry a separate physical token.

Three consecutive failed attempts to log in will temporarily disable your online access. You will have to reset your password by contacting the MCB Maldives on +330 5656. This is a dissuasive measure to prevent fraudulent users to attempt a fake password.

A transaction password will be issued. You will need to insert it to authorise online transactions. We recommend you change it to a new one and keep it strictly confidential. For additional security, please change it regularly.
